KristinMarie has been in the real estate business since 1999. She also has experience as mortgage loan officer.  Kristin Marie was born and raised in the Joliet area. She is a graduate of Joliet West High School and JJC. She received her Batchelor's in business administration with a concentration in finance from Walden University.  Currently, she resides in the Minooka/Channahon area with her husband and her two miniature dachshunds. Seventeen years’ experience as a real estate broker working with Metro Realty in Joliet, IL selling residential and commercial real estate, including foreclosures, REOs, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Short Sales. Many years of experience dealing with first time homebuyers and specialized down-payment assistance and mortgage lending programs and overseeing the process of buying and selling a property from inception to completion. Hello. My name is Katilynn Christie. I am excited to share a little bit about my background. I was a shipping and receiving specialist at Jewel Osco and DSC Logistic. I filed paperwork accordingly for McKesson, Kelloggs, Cardinal Health and much more. I also worked for Amazon checking inventory into the appropriate bins and now I am a Real Estate Broker for Illinois. All of my past work experience made it possible to become a real estate broker because of all of the knowledge I gained. I always wanted to become a real estate broker and I want to let you know I am available for all of your real estate needs whether it be first time home buyers, listing, selling  or leasing/renting.
